At Votorantim Cimentos, we are dedicated to establishing long term relationships with our clients, providing high-quality products and services that offer real added-value to our clients.

Our Technical Services Team, the first in its sector, works closely with clients to ensure that Votorantim Cimentos products provide added-value and meet the needs of their projects in all aspects. 

Our Sales Team is an integral part of the work process, acting as a solution partner for our clients. The Technical Services Team works closely with clients, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support and services. 

With a highly qualified team of Technical Service professionals and four Technical Services Laboratories at the Hasanoğlan, Yozgat, Çorum and Sivas plants, Votorantim Cimentos provides technical support and services before, during and after the use of our products. 

The Technical Services Team conducts performance testing, aimed at improving product efficiency through the analysis of all components, aggregates and additives. Additionally, the technical personnel of our clients are provided with theoretical and practical on-the-job training to enhance their technical competence.

Customer Service Hot-line

Votorantim Cimentos provides a Customer Service Hot-line 444 99 66, allowing clients to communicate any incidents, complaints or enquiries quickly and efficiently. 

All enquiries or incidents submitted through our call centre are automatically registered in the system and transmitted to the proper department where it is handled and resolved by a dedicated customer services manager. All enquiries or incidents are closely monitored and automatically reported to company management. 

After the necessary corrective or preventive actions are taken to resolve the incident, clients are surveyed to ensure complete satisfaction.
